Schenker AG has agreed to enter an exclusive strategic partnership with TIMBERWeb PLC to provide logistics support for TIMBERWeb’s online e-trading platform. The exclusive alliance means TIMBERWeb, the leading global B2B timber/lumber eMarket, will be able to offer a full logistics package to traders via its Ariba Dynamic Trade ™ eTrader platform.

In addition to completing online e-contracts, Buyers and Sellers will be able to arrange for logistics and freight-forwarding directly having agreed a deal.
